Samples: Customers can order fabric samples through our website to evaluate the quality and suitability of the fabric. These samples are for review purposes only and are not eligible for returns.
Bulk Orders: Once satisfied with the sample, customers may contact us directly to place bulk orders. Pricing and availability will be discussed at that stage.
2. Payment
Payments for samples must be made in full at the time of ordering through the payment methods available on our website.
Bulk order payments will be determined on a case-by-case basis and will be agreed upon with the customer.
3. Shipping
We strive to ship samples within 7-14 days(maximum). Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Delivery times for bulk orders will be discussed upon order confirmation.
4. No Returns or Refunds
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any samples. All sales are final once processed.
5. Intellectual Property
